1. About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how WIN Corporate Advisor Private Limited (“WIN”, “we”, “us” or “our”) handles information when you visit winadvisors.co.in, contact us, or use the tools and information on this website.
2. Information we may collect
Depending on how you use the website, we may receive information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, organisation, the subject of your enquiry, and information included in a message or file you submit. Please do not send passwords, PAN, bank details, tax records or other sensitive information through a general website form unless we specifically request it through an appropriate channel.
When you use the TDS calculator, the values you enter—such as payment type, date, residency, payer or payee category, amount, PAN-availability selection and any earlier-payment or TDS amounts—are used to display an indicative result. In the version reviewed on 13 October 2026, the calculator’s own code processes these values in your browser; it does not submit them through a WIN enquiry form or to a server-side calculation endpoint.
The calculator page also loads Google Analytics through Site Kit and a Hostinger Reach script. Our code review found no calculator code sending entered values to Google Analytics or to a server-side calculation endpoint. Google Analytics may receive general page-usage information. The Hostinger Reach script can send a form-impression event when a Reach form is embedded; no Reach form was found on the public pages checked. Hosting and security logs and provider account settings were not independently verified. Do not enter names, PAN, client details or other confidential information into the calculator.
Our website and service providers may also generate technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring page and access time, security logs, and cookie or similar-technology data.
3. How we use information
We may use information to respond to enquiries; provide information or services you request; communicate about a prospective or existing professional engagement; operate, maintain and secure the website; understand site performance and improve its content and tools; prevent misuse; and meet applicable legal, regulatory or record-keeping obligations. We will use information for other purposes only where permitted by applicable law and, where required, after giving notice or obtaining consent.
4. Cookies and analytics
The website uses Google Analytics 4 through Google Site Kit to understand website visits and performance. Google Analytics’ standard website implementation may use first-party analytics cookies, including _ga, and collect information such as page views, session statistics, approximate location, and browser or device information. Google’s processing is also subject to its own terms and privacy information.
Our inspection found no cookie banner, preference controls or identifiable consent-management tool on the public pages checked. You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect website functionality. We have not verified the Google Analytics property’s retention, advertising links or account-level settings.
5. When information may be shared
We may make information available to service providers who help operate the website or respond to you, such as hosting, website maintenance, form, email, analytics and security providers, and to professional advisers where needed. They should receive only information needed for their work and handle it under appropriate safeguards. We may also disclose information when required by law, a competent authority or court, or when reasonably necessary to protect the website, our rights, users or the public. We do not sell personal information.
6. Storage, security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including applicable legal, professional, dispute-resolution and record-keeping requirements, and then securely delete or de-identify it where appropriate.
7. Your choices and requests
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us about personal information you have provided, request correction or deletion where appropriate, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where a legal or legitimate record-keeping requirement applies. Contact: info@winadvisors.co.in.
8. Third-party websites
This website may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, which we encourage you to review.
9. Children
This website is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed to children. Please contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information through the site.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our website, services or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
